An Invitation to Pause
As the winter turns toward spring, join us on a 500-acre farm nestled between Killington & Woodstock, Vermont, for a long weekend of movement, connection, and restorative practices. This retreat invites you into experiences that help you wind down, open up, and find your rhythm before the season shifts.
👋 Hi! Nice to meet you!
👋 Hi! Nice to meet you!
Hi! I’m Kristen, the creator of InnerWeave
InnerWeave began from my personal practice and desire to slow down, breathe more, and create with a more mindful approach after building a knitwear fashion brand for over 12 years.
The experience left me with the strong belief that creativity is a form of wellness. It’s a skill that once learned requires presence, builds connection to self & others, and can create a sense of calm.
One stitch at a time.
